H. Rene Moulinet
President & CEO

H. Rene Moulinet, Sr. brings 33+ years of experience as a Land Acquisition Professional from the mining, geothermal, international, transportation, and telecommunication industries and is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of right of way management and land acquisition. Rene's career began as a Field Engineer/International Landman for Noranda Mines Ltd. evolving into a Regional Land Manager/Senior Staff Landman for UNOCAL Energy Resources.

In 1994, he founded HRM Consultants, Inc., a full service turnkey Right-of-Way consulting firm operating in Texas. The firm has DBE, HUB, MBE and SBE certifications. Rene is fluent in Spanish. He is an active member of the International Right of Way Association, American Association of Professional Landmen, Austin-San Antonio Corridor Council, Texas Municipal League, and the Texas Rural Water Association. Rene is a Certified Professional Landman and holds a Texas Real Estate Commission license. His firm was awarded "2002 Employer of the Year" by the International Right of Way Associations Bluebonnet Chapter 74.
