HRM's corporate headquarters are located in San Marcos, Texas with 6 Satellite project offices throughout Texas with projects ranging from the Gulf Coast to North Texas. HRM Consultants, Inc. is a registered corporation in the State of Texas and has been owned and operated by H. Rene Moulinet, President and Chief Executive Officer, since 1994. HRM currently has a corporate staff of 10 professionals, including six Right of Way Agents, a General Counsel, an Accountant/Administrator, a Project Manager, and a Vice President of Business Development. In addition to corporate staff, HRM Consultants, Inc. has secured a network of certified appraisers to be utilized as sub-consultants, across the state.
