Corporate Profile
HRM's corporate headquarters are located in San Marcos, Texas with 6 Satellite
project offices throughout Texas with projects ranging from the Gulf Coast
to North Texas. HRM Consultants, Inc. is a registered corporation in the
State of Texas and has been owned and operated by H. Rene Moulinet,
President and Chief Executive Officer, since 1994. HRM currently has a
corporate staff of 10 professionals, including six Right of Way Agents,
a General Counsel, an Accountant/Administrator, a Project Manager, and
a Vice President of Business Development. In addition to corporate staff,
HRM Consultants, Inc. has secured a network of certified appraisers to
be utilized as sub-consultants, across the state.

To provide clients with the highest quality of Right-of-Way acquisition
services, while assessing the client's needs and priorities. HRM strives
to continue to improve its professional skills to add value to all client
projects. HRM accomplishes its mission by maintaining the highest ethical
and professional conduct possible with clients and the public at large.

HRM's Strengths
To ensure your success in acquiring right-of-way in a prompt manner, HRM's
major strengths are personable and knowledgeable personnel and attentiveness
to the client. Also, when applicable, HRM will facilitate the Right of
Way acquisition process as established by Public Law 91-646, The Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970,
as amended. HRM conducts fair negotiations and its staff is easy to work
with.
